Meet Our Suppliers...

Using the right suppliers for our food is extremely important to us. We want to support local and British suppliers wherever we can whilst also ensuring that the companies we work with share our values and commitments to sustainable processes and good food.

Take a look at some of the suppliers we've partnered with to provide our schools with the very best that the industry has to offer...

William White Meats Ltd.

William White Meats is a family run business dating back to the 1970's. Bill White began his career as a Saturday worker in a butcher's shop based in East London. He worked hard, rose up through the ranks, and eventually took over the ownership of the business.

Bill was dedicated to providing high-quality meat to local schools to ensure that children had access to wholesome and nutritious meals. The business has continued to grow and develop over the years and is now run by Bill's children: Tom and Rebecca.

William Whites are a family business from the core, with their partnership allowing us to create bespoke and personalised products specifically for our menus. Our ever popular marinated chicken pieces and 'Eat Curious' pea protein beef burger were developed with the William Whites team to provide our students with healthy and flavourful menu choices.
